A Victorian mahogany penny slot machine, manufactured by Monarch, Reg. No. 574253, the case measuring 88cm tall. Provenance - This was in the George IV pub, Stanley St, Workington, from the 19th Century, and has been in the same family ever since. CONDITION REPORT: Superficially, the penny slot machine appears to be in good order. The blue material surrounding the playing surface looks to be original and there are no structural issues or cracks to the case. The machine mechanism, however, does require attention. At present it does not work as it used to. The mechanism that connects the process of inserting the coin to the release of the pinball appears to have some missing parts. Apart from this, the machine is a very nice lot.

A circa 1960s Sega Bonanza Star 'Strike A Bonanza' one arm bandit slot machine, takes old 5p coins, in cream and gold with chromed mounts and wood effect side panels, raised on black painted wooden base, height 82cm.Additional InformationIn working order but condition issues include crack and damage to the glass window on the left side with further chip to upper left, numerous chips to paintwork, further damage to the glass headboard upper left, general wear and tear commensurate with age and use including rubbing and loss to the chrome finish. There are no keys with this lot.
