A Chinese jade coloured glass bead necklace, designed as a single row a off-round jade coloured glass beads, each approximately 11mm wide, with larger bead spacers, 19.5mm wide, suspending three beaded tassels with coloured rope twist fastening, overall length (excluding droppers) approximately 120cm, together with a red-coral coloured beaded necklace upon an orange and gold thread chain, length approximately 68cm, and an enamelled matchbox sleeve, 6cm x 4cm (3) (at fault)CR:Enamel sleeve: Heavy wear - chips are losses throughout the enamel. Cracks, scratching and wear throughout enamel. Thinning and splitting to the metal body. See pictures for illustration.Glass beads: There appears to be some pulling to the string threading the necklace, leaving gaps between the beads. All beads show nibbling to the drill holes, varying from minor to heavy, and a few of the beads show small chips and losses to the bodies, as well as moderate scratching and wear commensurate with age and wear throughout. The metal of the droppers are heavily tarnished, and show thinning, some splitting and denting. The string shows moderate fraying, pulling and staining.Coral coloured beads: All beads show moderate scratching, abrasion and wear throughout. All strands show minor to moderate pulling. There is pulling and wear to the string, with particularly heavy fraying to the end, visible in the first image.
