Structurally sound. The webbing is good with no concerns. There are the normal minor scuffs to the arms and feet but nothing significant. Overall in good condition.

With cushions. The webbing is heavily stained, marked and is sagging. Some discolouration and wear to the timbers but no structural concerns. Would benefit from a professional polish. The foam in the main cushion has perished. The three back cushions are better without tears or stains but still worn and not as firm as one could wish. Overall, the upholstery will likely need entirely replacing.
