An Ercol elm sideboard of shallow bow fronted form, the plain top over two cupboard doors and drawer and a larger cupboard door enclosing a cutlery drawer and open recess on turned tapering splayed supports 114 cm wide x 51 cm deep x 82 cm high CONDITION REPORTS Has scratching throughout, particularly to the front of the doors and drawers. Has a slightly faded look to the front as well. Various areas of water staining, predominantly to the top. Some chips to the edges, both at the top and on the apron. Item has clearly been used frequently. General wear and tear conducive with age and use. See images for further detail.
An Ercol elm oval drop leaf dining table on square tapered splayed supports, 124 cm x 113 cm x 70.5 cm high together with a set of six beech and elm stick back dining chairs CONDITION REPORTS The top of the table is heavily bleached / discoloured / faded and the legs have water marks, etc. to them. The chairs are also heavily faded to the backs and legs. A couple of the chairs have some small holes in but it doesn't appear to be woodworm. The seats appear to have had upholstered seats on them and therefore protected the colour. Otherwise general wear and tear to include surface scratches, knocks, bumps, fading, etc. See images for further detail.
An Ercol elm rounded rectangular occasional table on splayed turned legs, 68.5 cm x 42.5 cm x 45 cm high CONDITION REPORTS The top has a slightly matt texture. Has water marks and is faded as well as scratched throughout. Has clearly been used. Legs have some water staining and are in need of a good clean, fly dirt, etc. See images for further detail.
A pair of Ercol beech framed stick back elbow chairs with cushioned back and seat on turned legs united by stretchers, 74.5 cm wide x 93.5 cm high CONDITION REPORTS They are the stick back version rather than wheel or fleur de lys back. Both have been stored / used somewhere damp. The sticks are showing signs of mould / mildew and everything is very faded. Considerable water marks throughout and in need of re-upholstery / re-cushioning. Both have significant splits to the seats. In need of some tlc. The back frames may have been out as there have been cross head screws applied crudely to the underside. Both frames have splits to the top rails. Heavy wear and tear conducive with age and use. A mid 20th Century Danish teak tile top coffee table by Trioh, stamped to base "Trioh made in Denmark 80" raised on square supports, 92 cm x 51.5 cm x 42 cm high together with a mid 20th Century teak sewing box of stepped form, an oak framed open book case with three shelves and two Edwardian mahogany bedroom chairs and an Ercol elm double headboard of oval pebble form, 144 cm wide x 80 cm deep CONDITION REPORTS Ercol headboard only - has significant scratching throughout and is in need of a good clean. Has grimy dirt, particularly to the left hand side. Otherwise general wear and tear conducive with age and use. See images for further detail.
An Ercol elm cheval type dressing mirror, the rectangular plate over a single drawer base on castors, 66 cm wide x 48.5 cm deep x 151.5 cm high CONDITION REPORTS Has some scratches to the drawer front, particularly around the handles area, although there is a slightly larger section of scratching to the very centre. One of the handles has been broken and re-glued. There is some chipping to the apron at the bottom and on the left hand side, the join of the apron is slightly gapping to the main body. A couple of water marks / fading marks to the top. General wear and tear conducive with age and use. See images for further detail.
An Ercol elm dressing table, the mirrored back over a shallow bow fronted table of three drawers on splayed square tapered legs, 114 cm wide x 48 cm deep x 124 cm high CONDITION REPORTS Has clearly been used. Scratched marks to the drawer fronts, especially around the handle area. There are some scratches to the top and small areas of water / liquid stain, particularly to the right hand side and this carries on down the side panel and the legs of the right hand side. The left hand side does have some marks to the legs as well. There is also a slightly larger scratch to the left hand side panel. Piece has general wear and tear conducive with age and use. An Ercol elm chest, the shallow bow fronted top over three drawers with turned knob handles on castors, 91.5 cm wide x 48 cm deep x 66 cm high CONDITION REPORTS Has clearly been used. Has some scratch marks, etc. throughout, particularly to the top of the top drawer. There is a small chip to the bottom apron. Otherwise general wear and tear conducive with age and use. A set of four Ercol 'Windsor 391' stick back kitchen dining chairs with shaped seats on turned tapering splayed supports united by stretchers 38.5 cm wide x 42 cm deep x 81 cm high CONDITION REPORTS One has a couple of splits to the turned sticks to the back. Another has a split to the seat towards the back. Another has splits to the seat and also has had its back supports re-screwed. The final one has a crack to the leg. Alll have clearly been heavily used, discolouration and fading to the top rails especially, conducive with constant handling. Some discolouration, water marks, etc. to the legs. Otherwise general wear and tear conducive with age and consistent use. See images for further detail.
