An Aboriginal boomerang probably first half 20th century, with pointed ends, one side with incised opposed triangle decoration, the other undecorated, 27¾in. (70.5cm.) long, 2 3/8in. (6cm.) at widest point in to centre. *Very old worn, slightly rounded tip to both ends. Patch of burnt surface damage to the wood to one end on the decorated side - coloured wax or possibly some wood stain may have been applied here at some time. No other faults.
