English Mahogany Lamp Table, Regency 19th Century, having oblong top over 6 frieze drawers to front and 6 false drawers to reverse, retaining original turned wooden knobs, raised on elegant turned double end supports with umbrella bases and original turned feet. H - 74cm, W - 56cm D - 37cm
(Condition - Overall good & clean with old marks and scratches, small patchy markings to polish on top, minor moulding/woodwork losses, original turned knobs to all drawers with just one knob damaged, structurally sound)

Before You Bid
Please be aware that once you bid you are legally bound to pay you invoice, bids placed in this timed auction cannot be removed afterwards.
All lots are subject to a Buyers Premium
Payment is to be made via Bank Transfer only
Payment from outside the UK will be subject to a £10 charge
If items are to be exported, VAT on the Hammer price must be paid first and will only be refunded on receipt of proof of export.
As this is not a retail sale, the Sale of Goods Act does not apply, nor does the Distance Selling Act.

Buyers Premium: The Buyer shall pay a buyer's Premium of 20% plus VAT.
Additional Fees : Lots may be subject to Droit de Suite charges, this will be made clear in the description. This royalty charge that will be applied to qualifying items which achieve a hammer price of more than the UK sterling equivalent of EURO 1,000, but less than the UK sterling equivalent of EURO 50,000 is 4%. For qualifying items that sell for more than the UK sterling equivalent of EURO 50,000 a sliding scale of royalty charges will apply – please enquire for a complete list of the royalty charges and threshold levels.
All Collection/Delivery Charges are to be paid by the buyer. The Parker Gallery shall not be liable for an issues relating to shipping or collection.
In the event the item is different to the description provided in auction then the seller will be liable to refund the buyer 100% of the hammer price.
Conduction of Auction
The Parker Gallery offers each lot as an agent and therfore accepts no liabilities.
Any lot may be subject to a reserve price set by the seller.
Any lot may be withdrawn before the end of the auction.
A bidder who submits the highest value Bid before the auction is closed may be daclared as the buyer.
The auction may be extended if any bid is submitted within 10 minutes or less of closure of the lot.
All successful Buyers will be notified by way of invoice via email.
The Parker Gallery cannot be held liable for any errors on the website, problems with registration, or accepting bids.
All payments must be made within 4 workings days, by Bank Transfer only. Payment must be made in Pounds Sterling. This may be extended following contact with the auctioneer.
If the buyer fails to pay, the sale may be cancelled at the discretion of the Vendor or The Parker Gallery.
Title shall not pass until payment has been made in full.
Liability of the Auctioneer (The Parker Gallery Ltd.)
All Lots are sold as seen, with all faults and imperfections and the Auctioneer is not responsible for any defects whatsoever.
The Auctioneer has not liablitly to the Buyer for any deliver or collection costs.
The Auctioneers is acting as an agent, Any problems with authenticity or condition should be taken up with the vendor.
Default of the Buyer
If the Buyer fails to pay any of the sums under that fall due, the vendor or auctioneer reserve the right to rescind the sale and will inform the buyer by email.
