An Ottoman Silver-Mounted Trousse Mid-19th Century Comprising three knives each with single-edged blade (old rust staining), silver-mounted grips each set along both sides with filigree between two fluted red corals (corallium rubrum), beaked pommels each set with a red coral (damaged), and with turtleshell grip-scales, in original wood-lined silver scabbard embossed with a repeated design of rocailles and foliage along both sides, imitation wire binding above the bud-shaped terminal, and locket formed of three filigree bands each set with fluted red corals 13.7 cm., 15 cm. and 17 cm. blades This lot is subject to the following lot symbols: Y Y Subject to CITES regulations when exporting items outside of the UK, see clause 13.
