Natta taught in Pavia and was counsellor of Monferrato.
It is a series of law councils relating different juridical matters: absolution, accusation, acts against forbidden laws, acts made in judgement, alienation of goods, appellation, goods, church laws, cases, contracts, immunity, marriage, privileges, sentences, statutes, testament, testimonies etc...
Very beautiful editorial mark in the title page.
Handwritten title in the lower external edge.Full parchment coeval cover with three nerfs.
Two columns text.
Decorated initial letters.
Scarce copy. High value.
Full parchment coeval cover with three nerfs in poor general conditions with wear and missing parts in the edges and spine. Front plate detached. Binding in good conditions apart for the pages until B6 almost totally detached. Inside pages are in good conditions with occasional foxing. Worming in the folding edge of the volume with slight loss of some letter. Ink's stains in pag. 85, 170, 337 with loss of text. In 4. Dim. 35x24 cm. (13.8x9.4 inches) Pp. (48)+501+(1).
