Late 19th Century Wileman & Co 'Fairy Star' pattern teaware - four cups, ten saucers, ten saucers and sugar bowl, no.4177 Condition Report One cup has a small hairline crack, on the inside of the cup, not visible from the outside. Three saucers have very shallow circular shaped scratches/ chips. Two tea plates also have similar scratches. There is wear to the gilding and light scratched to printed pattern.
A Victorian Wileman & Co part tea service, Rd No.276279, decorated in Fern print pattern No.5899, comprising; twelve teacups and saucers, twelve plates, 18cm diameter, two larger plates, 23cm diameter, a slop bowl and a cream jug, 18cm diameter (40), along with a Standard China part tea service Rd No.741482 etc (Qty) CONDITION REPORT: Wileman - pattern registered 15.05.1896. Painted in gilt to underside '5899'. Wileman 1894-1910 back stamp to reverse of each piece. Each piece showing surface scratches and crazing to varying degrees, some stained, also kiln marks and pitting signs are visible. Gilt wear and some firing cracks to rims. Slop bowl with stained firing crack to interior with further signs of stained scratching to interior. Three teacups with stained hairline cracks. One saucer marked as a second. One saucer with repaired stained cracks. One saucer with stained star crack. One saucer with stained hairline crack. Standard China - Some wear throughout including stained interiors and crazing. One teacup with crack surrounding base.
