A malacca swordstick, slender blade 27” of flattened diamond section with blued decoration, the handle with release button and plaited silver wire band and thimble, the latter engraved with “WTV” monogram. Good Condition (small split in top of cane). Vendor states that this swordstick belonged to William Thomas Vincent, an author, who was born in 1835, lived in Woolwich, and published “The Records of the Woolwich District” in 1888. Plate 29
