THIBAUD JACQUES: (1880-1953) French Violinist. Thibaud died in an airplane crash. His 1709 Stradivarius disappeared with him. Signed and inscribed 6.5 x 9 photograph, `En tres amical souvenir, votre reconnaissant Jacques Thibaud´, being the front page of a paper folded programme, four pages, issued for a Thibaud´s performance in Geneva. The image depicting the violinist in a head and shoulders pose, with his violin in his hand.
