Merrythought Queen Elizabeth 11 teddy bear dressed in an Angela Homes replica costume and jewellery  and hat in deep purple with all tags and just as sold-a wonderful commemorative teddy bear. (1)

A rare, lesser seen Merrythought late 50's/early 60's Cheeky O bear with open mouth and jingly bells to the ears. Handcrafted at the Shropshire factory from a 'honey suckle' nylon plush with amber glass eyes, a velvet muzzle with large red felted open mouth, brown felted paws and little black stitched nose with the 'Merrythought' stitched label to the right foot. There is full articulation to the legs, arms and swivel neck. A very sweet little bear from the vendors childhood collection whose family had a connection to the factory. In fair condition with no rips, tears or repairs. All pads are in tact, glass eyes are secure with a superficial scratch to the left eye. Wear commensurate with age and use can be observed. (qty: 1)

Vintage Ironbridge Merrythought  plush teddy bear toys to include: Sherlock Holmes teddy, a County Air Ambulance teddy and a Canadian Mountie alongside a golden plush articulated bear with red ribbon, brown glass eyes and velour pads and a possibly Chad Valley (unlabelled) Sooty mohair bear alongside a 2001 The Fine Art of the Teddy Bear by Teddy Bears of Witney book. From the vendors childhood collection, as the family had a link to the factory, these are in very good condition. Some signs of wear commensurate with age and storage is to be expected. Tigger has some marking to his muzzle, Tramp has some slight felt loss to his tongue and the mice have some slight surface wear which can be observed.
