An early 19th century Don Pottery blue and white printed foot-bath, decorated with 'Views of Italy', having twin handles, impressed and printed backstamp, w. 43cm Condition Report / Extra Information Height 19.5cm.Handling wear throughout.Consistent losses to glaze throughout, mostly inside edge of top rim and to one handle.Fine to mid-level crazing throughout.Some further scuffs and scratches.
A pearlware meat dish and another serving dish with feather moulded rims edged in green enamel c.1790 along with a collection of mixed early 19th century English pottery including mostly pearlware; Don, Belle Vue and Brameld. Condition Report. To be used as a guide only. Large meat dish heavily chipped. Brameld basalt jug with a stapled crack. Other minimal flaws.
Two early 19th century pearlware figures, Autumn and the Virgin Mary, a small Don pottery creamware dish, a pearlware dish enamelled with a peacock and two pearlware plates enamelled with monochrome landscapes impressed Wendyoed. Including a toy ware platter, pearlware sparrow beak jug, Brameld camel pattern plate, small footed bowl and basalt jug, Castleford miniature mug, Bell Vue covered jug and a Don pottery sauceboat and Terrace of the Naval Ampitheatre of Taorminum soup plate etc (9). Condition Report. To be used as a guide only. Basalt jug, miniature mug, camel plate and Don sauceboat all with cracks. Bell Vue cover with a large filled chip, footed bowl with a filled chip to the foot.

Eight pieces of Don pottery; a daisy moulded tisaniere and cover, and opaque china jug printed and enamelled with flowers, three bowls and three plates c1820, largest jug 13cm (9). Condition Report. To be used as a guide only. Tisaniere with chips. Jug with a hair crack along the rim. Three bowls each with hair cracks. Largest plate crazed. Two small plates in good order.

Overall 5 feet 3 inches high, Manises Pottery, Valencia. Granell improved the function of this type of filter which was invented for an Englishman in 1827. A similar item, dated to 1900-1910 was donated to Don Benito's Ethnographic Museum, Salamanca, Spain in 1958
