Engraved 'D Bremner' to both sides and further inscribed in ink to the case.Marine Binoculars - Flt Lt Francis Donald Holden Bremner RNAS (1893-1983). The leather case bears impressed initials F.D.H.B.Offered by direct descent.

An early 20th century private purchase clinometer, stamped Short & Mason Ltd, London, 1901 V, named to the opposing side Joseph Benskin, housed in a stitched brown leather case, together with a Webley Mk 6 brown leather holster and a pair of cloth puttees. (4)Probably Captain Jospeh Benskin, 58th F Company Royal Engineers 14th Division.
