Reproduction of Old Swansea a Carlton Ware vase pattern 624 printed and painted in colours and gilt with floral roundels on a blue Imari ground designed by Horace Wain circa 1912 blue crown mark Reproduction Old Swansea mark 22.5cm. high Clives uncle and godfather Sir Leslie Joseph held a world renowned collection of Swansea and Nantgarw pottery and porcelain-one of the main inspirations for Clives interest in ceramics. The vase being sold here is particularly significant.
