Carlton Ware 'Hollyhocks' pattern lustre vase in colourful underglaze on an orange ground, 15cm high.CONDITION REPORT: Looking through a magnifying glass there is a minor loss to the lustre near the rim. There are further small losses to the lustre on the body of the vase. There is age-related colour fading to the floral decoration. Again, looking through a magnifying glass there is crackling to the lustre and to the interior. There is crazing to the rim, the interior and the base. There are losses to the gilding on the rim.

Pair of Carlton Ware 'Tutankhamun' porcelain vases, with gilt and enamel decoration on a blue ground, with figural scenes and hieroglyphs, bearing printed marks and painted numerals '1147', H27cm, (2)Condition Report: On the first vase one of the upper winged motifs is worn to the hand and wrist, not visible, and there is an enamel dot lacking. Another one of these figures has an enamel dot missing to its wrist and there is minor wear to the end of the right wing. There is a tiny spot of gilt in the ground 9cm up form the base. There are some tiny nicks to the feet. On the second vase there is one tiny nick to the foot rim. Otherwise in good condition.
