London Transport SETRIGHT TICKET MACHINE as used mainly on Green Line services. Comes with box (marked GF - Guildford garage), strap & back-plate and selection of spare (non-London) ticket rolls. Serial no S 187, dial shows values of 1/2d to 11 1/2d and 1/- to 19/-. Windows show half-pence, shillings and total tickets. Contains a London Country ticket roll and appears to work OK, ink a bit faint. [Machine, ancilliaries, ticket rolls]
2 Setright bus conductor’s ticket machine. A cased machine; No.PO17, loaded with Southdown blank ticket roll and including 3 additional unused Southdown rolls. Complete with backplate and strap, contained within a tinplate carrying case. Together with a second earlier example; Z27, with backplate. GC for age, appear to be complete.
Pair of bus TICKET MACHINES, the first a Setright Speed, serial no 898, with a sticker 'Travel Bebb', a Welsh independent operator. Machine prints a faint ticket. The second is a Bell Punch 'Ultimate' machine, no serial no or operator apparent and requires servicing/repair as levers are jammed. [2]
Pair of bus TICKET MACHINES, the first a Setright Speed, serial no C091, believed to be ex-Midland Red, containing a Midland Red West ticket roll (machine prints OK, comes with metal box) and the second a Bell Punch Automacheckit with backing-plate & strap, box and 2 unused packs of tickets for A W C Motor Service (A & C Wigmore Ltd of Dinnington, South Yorks).
