MONTEGRAPPA "CHAOS" FOUNTAIN PEN.Pearlised celluloid and silver barrel.Nib in 18 Kts gold, tip M.Limited edition. No box.Dimensions: 14.5 cm length; 20 mm diameter.Drawing inspiration for the theme and design of his signature pen from his blockbuster film, "The Expendables", Stallone turned to classic art and worked with the artisans at Montegrappa to create the "Chaos" pen. The pen's design was cultivated by the works of 16th century artists such as Battista Franco, Albrecht Dürer, Hans Sebald Beham and Antonio Pollaiolo to create Stallone's idea of chaos; a sense of the Renaissance, when things were more simplified and perhaps nobler, versus our technological society today. The Sylvester Stallone "Chaos" pen is made of precious materials and is produced in limited quantities. The body of the pen is made of black pearlised celluloid with sterling silver overlays. The overlays are hand-finished by Montegrappa's skilled craftsmen and feature an antiqued finish with red and yellow translucent enamel accents to represent the colours of fire. The design of the pen is characterised by the juxtaposition of life and death; with reptiles representing the early forms of life on Earth, and the skull signifying death. The final defining detail, with a fist and skull, is the sword-shaped pen clip. Nib in 18 Kts. gold, M-point.

MONTEGRAPPA "CIGAR" FOUNTAIN PENS, LIMITED EDITION.Resin and sterling silver barrels.Bicolour 18 Kts gold nibs, M and EF nibs.Limited edition. No box.Measurements: 14 cm. length; 15 mm. diameter.Manufactured in the special "Tobacco" celluloid, one of the 24 shades that Montegrappa boasts in its archives, the Cigar pen resembles the subject with astonishing realism. The colour was chosen for its particular combination of light brown with lighter pearly streaks that resemble organic tobacco leaves. Its shape is deceptively simple, like a cigar, adorned on the outside by the "cigar band" in precious metal, which declares the brand and its year of foundation. In terms of size, it is a perfect replica of a real cigar, specifically a classic model called "Laguito n.2", with a calibre of 152 mm in length and 15.08 mm in diameter (approximately).Like a real cigar, the pen has a rounded tip for "piercing" and lighting. A detail that adds to the cigar smoking experience is the fully functional perforator that comes out of the cap of the pen when it is pulled down.Montegrappa's Cigar Pen is offered with sterling silver trim and is available as a fountain pen or rollerball pen. The nib of the fountain pen is made of 18-karat gold, adorned with the Montegrappa filigree pattern. DELTA "DOLCE VITA" FOUNTAIN PEN.Black and yellow resin barrel.Bicolour 18 Kts gold nib, F tip.Limited edition. No box.Measurements: 14 cm length; 10,77 mm diameter.Delta is a small Italian company founded in Naples in 1982. It was, along with Stipula and Visconti, an attempt to revive the old glories of the classic Italian fountain pen. None of the three had the history of Omas, Aurora, Montegrappa or Ancora, but their model was the great successes of the turn of the century and, above all, the use of absolutely classic materials and systems. On the mechanical side, Delta's hallmark was the use of the side lever and the rubber inner tank as the standard loading system for its limited editions. His models evoked great cultural moments in the history of Italy, which is like saying the history of art. He soon opted for the production of commemorative special editions that not only referred to cultural or historical aspects but also to current events such as the models produced to commemorate the G7 in 1994 or the Jubilaeum to commemorate the year 2000.La Dolce Vita has become Delta's main hallmark. The initial collection has grown to become the backbone of the Neapolitan company's production, which continues to produce limited editions, but in the background.
