(207262616) IWC – an automatic stainless steel gentlemen’s Fliegeruhr chronograph, fitted with a signed calibre 79320. Black dial with large white Arabic numerals, hours counter at six o’clock, subsidiary seconds dial at nine o’clock and minute counter at twelve o’clock all of which are ringed by an outer minute track. Hour and minute hands are black with luminescence inserts (counter hands have white inserts, the seconds hand possesses a red insert) and luminescence batons are present at quarterly hour intervals. The tonneau shaped case is fitted to an associated black leather strap with IWC deployment clasp. Reference number: 3717, serial number: 2967407. Case width 42mm.The watch is in god condition however there are some heavy scratches to the bezel and lighter scratches to the rest of the case. The numbers on the case are 2967407. The watch may benefit from a clean. the dial and hands are in good condition. The strap is slightly worn from wear and tear and the clasp is functioning correctly. The watch is currently working. A stainless steel manual wind IWC military wrist watch circa 1945, the matt black dial with luminous Arabic numerals, outer minute track, dial marked T above six o` clock, tonneau shaped case with integral lugs, case back engraved with a British broad arrow above reference GB/346 above 134/51, fitted to an associated material strap and pin buckle, with a signed movement numbered 1211234. Case diameter 36mm. This IWC Royal Air Force Issue pilots watch dates from1951, and has a hacking seconds feature. The matt black dial is in generally good overall condition, the hour hand has left two thin circular marks around the dial centre, there is evidence of discoloration to the luminous numerals and hourly markings, and to the luminescent hand fill. The steel case has lots of surface marks and scratches, the top fixed lug bar is bent slightly, the case inside cover has surface deterioration, there is also some evidence of moisture entering the case with some signs of light, surface rust. The inner case back centre also has a few tiny dings. The case has the Government Broad Arrow and Royal Air Force ordinance markings `6B/346` and `134/51`.
