A leather bound picnic hamper opening to reveal a fitted interior, the china stamped "Adams" CONDITION REPORTS Approx 23.5 cms x 19 cms x 42.5 cms. There is crazing and surface scratches as well as dents to the black exterior as well as several chips especially to the corners, the leather mounds are scuffed and scraped quite heavily to the base and is discoloured in various areas. The metal mounts are showing signs of corrosion and pitting. The interior has a lift-out section which lifts to reveal a flask and sandwich tin. Unknown if the fittings are original, China is crazed and has various knife marks, cutlery has wear and tear. The condiment glass jars do not match, one inscribed "mustard", the other plain with some chips to the exterior, lids do not appear to fit correctly. There are some chips as well as crazing to the lidded china storage jar elastic band assuming modern. The cork on the flask has perished and there are dents throughout - unknown if it water tight. Surface scratches etc to the metal and glass boxes and bottles. The interior has some discolouration and dirt conducive with age and use - see images for further details.
