Five Dinky Toys aircraft, comprising SEPECAT Jaguar, No 731, F-4KP Phantom II, 725, Spitfire MkII, No 719, Messerschmitt Bf 109E, No 726 and US Navy Phantom, No 730, and F-4K Phantom PII 725, all boxed (5) Condition report Report by JB The Messerschmitt Bf 109E - there would not appear to be any major damage to the model, slight discolouration present to white backing. One small nick to the plastic covering in the top left corner near Dinky - transfers present to underneath of box. The US Navy Phantom again model in relatively good order. Suspect this model may have been out of the box due to new sellotape present on to corners. Again some light discolouration present to blue background, along with a few fold marks, one of the white bombs displays black speckling across the surface, with light markings, and it would appear some transfers have been applied - there is only one transfer slip which is loose to the underside. The Sepecat Jaguar - jet plastic nose cone has fallen off the end of the plane. Plane seems in reasonably good order, perhaps slightly sun bleached. The backing panel is noticeably discoloured (light brown), plastic covering broken with some loss around tail section and front flip/fold section. Suspect plane has been out of the box at some point. One small transfer pack left sellotaped to underside. The Spitfire MkII again model would appear to be in relatively good order, suspect plane has been out of the packet due to rubber band holding it altogether. Again light discolouration to white backing, a couple of knocks and nicks to plastic covering. No transfer present to underside. Some biro marks and a hand written address in ink present. The F-4K Phantom II again plane model appears in good order, no major damage of note. Small amount of discolouration to white backing, light knocks and nicks to plastic covering. Suspect plane has been out of the box due to the presence of new sellotape. A few transfers and instructions present to underside.
