David Leach OBE (1911-2005) - A large and impressive Lowerdown Pottery Willow vase, the ribbed ovoid stoneware body decorated in tenmoku glaze with collar rim, with impressed monogram seat mark verso, h.48cm Condition Report / Extra Information Two glaze blemishes to branches (one at curved upper area approx 3x1cm, the other where base of branch meets tree stump approx 1x1cm).Approx 11cm visible horizontal join line at mid-point of body (where the two sections were built).Glaze is streaky to lower part of body.Overall a decorative piece of good size.

VG, 2 Provenance: The Guest Book being originally owned by a former Cruise Director of Silversea Cruises, who collected the signatures over a period of time whilst onboard. The cuff links were personally presented to the same person by ex-American President George Bush.
