With an Introduction by Rev. M.G. Watkins, M.A. Eliot Stock, 62, Paternoster Row, London, E.C., 1880. In real tooled vellum binding. 11 1/2" x 9", unpaginated. Front hinge broken, minor toning. Bookplate of Samuel W. Lambert (1859-1942) inside front board, Dean of the College of Physicians and Surgeons at Columbia, collector of rare books.
