Postage & Packing: We have our own limited "in-house" packing service for small items (excluding artworks, paintings, fragile goods - please see individual sale notes for further details). Most items are sent by DPD (unless suitable for sending by Special Delivery) fully-tracked 48 hour service, we undertake to post items within ten days of receiving request. We are happy to quote prior to bidding on specific lots, please call or email for further information.

Payments must be made strictly within 48 hours.
Collections to be made/arranged strictly within 7 days of saleday.
We reserve the right to charge your registered card if payment is not received within these terms.
Items still on-site after 7 days will be subject to storage fees of £5.00 + VAT per day, per invoice. These must be settled before lots can be released.
If the hammer price is reached in these fees, we reserve the right to cancel the sale and any paid monies will be forwarded to the original vendor and become non-refundable.
