MAJOR KING SHOWED COMPLETE DISREGARD FOR HIS OWN SAFETY IN THE WAY HE WENT ROUND THE PLATOON ENCOURAGING THEM TO STICK TO IT. Birmingham 1876 made to imitate a pair of belts, chased with foliage and engraved Presented to Sergt. Major W.Sayer, by a few county volunteers in recognition of many years service as Assistant Secretary of the Norfolk Volunteer Service Association, Decr. 13th 1886, Malacca shaft.. Good condition.
^ Victorian combined walking stick pump-up air rifle/shot gun 37”, made in 2 parts with an air reservoir and barrel section screwed together of black japanned steel with a 142 bore rifled brass barrel which unscrews to reveal a 60 bore brass shot barrel, wooden ramrod with brass tip secured into the walking stick’s screw on brass ferule, open sights, square cocking port, turned ivory pommel. Good condition
