E DRAGSTED - a mid-century Danish silver plated stylised modernist 5-section table centre taper stick candle holder, pentagonal form with bulb-shaped holders, height 3cm Very good original condition, no damage or repair, one small silver blemish on the inner edge of one bulb, the bases of the holders are very slightly worn and scratched, marks clear, stamped SILVER PLATE.

A Harlequin set of ten 19thC low back yew and elm Windsor chairs, each with pierced Nottinghamshire style splats, shaped seats and turned front legs, 89cm H. Upon initial inspection it is always preferable to view items of this type and this number personally before biding, there are certain examples which have loose and damaged stretchers, the general condition is ok to good, there are scratches, marks, splits to the arms on several, one has splits to the underside of arms with opening, scratches, marks, etc. some of the stick backs have been replaced in areas, some seats have had attention with re-pegging, etc. there are marks, wear, surface scratches, discolouration, one has a split to the arm which has been repaired, the seat is very poor to this example with splits, splints, discolouration, marks, wear, etc. there are certain marks, wear, water marks and damage, some shortening (very slight) and losses to feet, some have pads up to the base which would assume they have been shortened ever so slightly at times, there are further splits, marks, wear, discolouration, etc. to the extremities, spindle backs are generally sound, but loose in many cases, there are other splits, openings, marks, wear, discolouration, etc. and we recommend viewing before bidding.
Two Chinese porcelain porcelain incense stick holders, of rectangular form decorated with mirror image panels of courtiers, before buildings and trees, pierced tops, polychrome decorated predominantly in orange, pink, blue and green enamels, 32cm H. (AF) There is no apparent damage or restoration upon initial inspection to one, the other which is also misshapen has been repaired badly at the base.
