Antique Chinese carved green jade box of rectangular form with four protruding rounded corners, the cover carved with radiating geometric scrolls and strapwork, 6.5cm wide, 5cm deep. Provenance: from a deceased estate CONDITION REPORT A few extremely minor edge nibbles to base rim and one small chip on lid rim, possibly natural. Overall very good condition
An oriental hard stone panel brooch, probably Chinese, pierced fretwork and decorated with figures, mounted in white metal, together with a 14ct gold, jade and pearl spider bar brooch (2) Length: 3.8cm, Width: 2.8cm approx.. The overall condition is good and there are no obvious signs of damage or restoration.

A Jade Necklace, with Diamond Clasp, signed `CARTIER`, the graduated spherical green beads knotted to a curved oblong clasp set with three old cut diamonds, total estimated diamond weight 1.50 carat approximately, length 74cm Accompanied by report number 07551, from The Gem & Pearl Laboratory, dated 12 April 2013 stating samples of the beads were tested as Jadeite Jade, with no evidence of treatment observed The necklace is in good condition. It fastens with a tongue and box clasp. The clasp bears an eagle`s head stamp, and is marked `CARTIER PARIS LONDRES`. The approximate qualities of the diamonds are; colour I/J/K, clarity SI1/SI2. The jade beads graduate from 5.5mm to 14mm approximately. Gross weight 104.2 grams. CR made 15th May 2013

Other two bottles with minor surface abrasions. All three bottles missing stoppers. 220513

He was a member of the RSA and specialised in stained glass The stone is of various colours and has numerous natural fractures and striations. There is a possibly natural crack at the bottom of one of the handles. 310513

A Jade Type Plaque, late Qing Dynasty, rectangular, decorated with a boat beneath an overhanging cliff flanked by aquatic plants, willow and prunus trees, the reverse incised with flowering prunus and other shrubs, and with surface gilded five line verse, 17.5cm by 24.5cm Some minor chipping. Extensive wear to script. Minor wear to surface throughout. Stand with minor scratching. 050713
