Chinese pale Celadon Jade Mythical Dragon Turtle Box (Xuanwu), the well carved head with flattened snout and open mouth showing teeth, the carved hairy neck leading to a detachable low relief carved Turtle shell opening to reveal a round bowl, the mythical creature supported on four carved legs with claws, the stone of even celadon colour showing white inclusions and natural flaws, (A/F - minor chips around cover), Length 13.5 cms, Height 7 cms.
A Chinese spinach green jade covered censer probably Qianlong period (1736-1795), the censer raised on three squat paw feet issuing from lion masks, the demi-globular body with flattened shoulder, carved in low relief with stylised key bodied dragons, the sides with carved lion head handles suspending loose rings, the domed cover carved in high relief with two dragons, below a seed pod finial, 7in. (18cm.) diameter, 5in. (12.75cm.) high, together with a carved and pierced hardwood stand. (2)
An Art Deco diamond and jade brooch 1930s, probably set in platinum (unmarked), the elongated quatrefoil shaped border set with small round old cut diamonds within millegrain edges, centred with a foliate carved and pierced green and white mottled jade oval, 4.1 x 2.3cm., the jade broken and glued.
Two Chinese brown jade seals, probably 20th Century, one of rectangular form carved in low relief with two opposing lines of text within key fret borders, the terminal with carved matrix, height approx 4cm, the other carved to the top with a six character mark within scroll borders, the terminal with carved matrix, height approx 3.2cm.

An Asian bi pendant, composed of a jadeite bi, 25.7mm diameter, held in a flat section plain gold band. Suspended from an elongated oval jade cabochon, rub set to a plain frame in a horizontal position, below a series of gold jump rings. Accompanied by a report from The Gem and Pearl Laboratory dated 04.10.13, No. 08669, stating that the bi is jadeite jade with no evidence of treatment. CONDITION REPORT: Mount testing as approximately 14ct gold. Additional links (jump rings) at the top are of a higher carat. The bi turns in the gold mount, so looks slightly different each time it is photographed, revealing sections of the jade, previously covered by the mount. Jump rings open at some points. Nice polish.

A Chinese jade carving of a reclining ram, the head turned looking at its lamb climbing on its back amongst lingzhi fungus, the body well carved, the stone of white tone with slight beige markings, 7.1cm long, with a wood stand and fitted box Provenance: Formerly in an English private collection, purchased from Dunt King, 24th March 1977.
