A late 18th/early 19th century Chinese porcelain plate painted in underglaze blue with eight immortals seated upon various celestial animals, within floral and scroll border, bearing Yu (jade) mark to the base, diameter 24cm and a further example painted with eight boys playing within border of lucky bats on geometrical ground, unmarked, diameter 20cm (af) (2). CONDITION REPORT: Both plates have some chips and areas of fritting to the rims, the larger plate with hairline spreading from one of the chips.
A Chinese carved ivory seal decorated with blossoming branches, signed to one face and bearing paper labels, height 6.25cm, a small carved pierced jade seal, height 4.5cm and a jade buckle, length 8cm (af) (3).
