Condition ReportThere is a family inventory dated 1945, which describes it as a 'Jade bowl 5" diameter of pale green tint, translucent, carved on exterior in high relief with a phoenix on one side and a bifid-tailed dragon on the other, divided by sprays of ling chih, between borders of trellis diaper on rim and cloud scrolls around base, Ming period, ex Creagh collection.
