JOHN SILLE, FECIT. A REGENCY MAHOGANY STICK BAROMETER with architectural pediment above a glazed door enclosing a calibrated silvered dial with thermometer and sliding vernier; the slender case with boxwood inlay and turned cistern cover98.5cm highThe barometer is in very nice original condition. The murcury tube is undamaged and working, the case has a good colour and patina, there is a piece of moulding missing from the side of tghe top pediment, and there's a very small split to the top of the cistern cover. The dial has the original silvering which is rubbed in places.
A 19TH CENTURY BLACK FOREST CARVED WALNUT STICK STAND FORMED AS A SEATED DOG holding a bobbin turned stick and mounted on a naturalistic base87cm high Old worm holes throughout, the dog is still solid and the holes need filling. The carving is in good order and has no replaced parts or breaks, you cab see the joints in the timber on the shoulders and the back. The finish is original but dirty and would benefit from a wax.
A FINE LATE 19TH CENTURY ART NOUVEAU STYLE RHINOCEROS HORN SILVER MOUNTED WALKING CANE with solid silver handle modelled as a monkey in branchwork - stamped Sterling 925-100, with tapering sectional shaft with belt shaped collar.88.5cm overall in very nice undamaged and unrestored condition, please see extra images, the belt may have been moved, there is a slight bend at the bottom of the stick. There are no dents or cracks in the silver handle, there is silver polish which would need cleaning off.

There are no dents to the edges. The slide operates correctly and holds tight to the stick. The spirit level is not broken, a nice clean original lot. The case is in good order.

AN EARLY 19TH CENTURY YEW-WOOD AND ELM HIGH BACK WINDSOR CHAIR the stick back with shaped fret cut and starwork tapering centre splat, shaped flattened arms and saddle seat; raised on ring turned tapering legs joined by a H stretcher56cm wide 103cm high The chair is in very good condition having a superb colour and patina. The only this later on the chair is each leg has been tipped, around 3cm on each leg. The wheel back has been broken and reglued, tighter is a small piece of restoration to the right hand side of the back rest, see extra images uploaded.
