Steiff Four Seasons Collectors Bear 'Hamish' A Steiff Bear 654459 the bear is 14 inches tall and is fashioned in white mohair. Produced as a series of four bears (the four seasons) for Danbury Mint,comes complete with certificate, fully jointed with working tilt growler and tartan Tam o' shanter. This bear retains his original button and label in his ear. Good overall condition, some fading to tartan hat, missing scarf.

Filip Malyavin (Russian, 1869-1940) Study of a Russian peasant girl in floral scarf and dress signed upper right "Malyavin / 1903" oil on canvas 35 x 29cm (14 x 11in) Provenance: Private collection, UK Canvas a little dirty and slightly crinkled. Plain oak frame. Craquelure overall. Oil on canvas - unlined. Canvas tension is slack with undulations across the painting. The paint layer has a prominent crack pattern, notably at the left side. The cracks are raised in areas and this has led to small losses at the junctions of the cracks. The paint layer appears to be unvarnished. There is a layer of surface dirt and accretions.
