The nugget primarily of quartz with coarse gold veining, approx. 11mm high, 15mm wide, 13mm deep, mounted on a rose gold disc stamped 'Rhodesia', 'Gold', and with a maker's mark 'W.H.B' for W H Blackler (of Bulawayo) and an 'elephant' mark, the pin unmarked, approx. 90mm long overall including the nugget, approx. 7.9g gross

A 19th Century Carved Knitting Stick, with two glazed apertures inset with coloured hearts and diamonds on paper, decorated with scrolling leaf motifs to the sides and top, 16.3cm, together with a Similar Example inlaid to the top and bottom with geometic shapes, with three glazed apertures inset with paper inscribed 'Han..h Millburn', 'James Soulstry', and 'Seek the Lord', 15.5cm(2)H Milburn - possibly two very slight cracks near the glazed ends - see images, otherwise wear, scratches and rubbing, glass possibly original.Other Stick - no chips, overall rubbing and wear, dust to apertures, glass possibly original.
Early 20th Century Novelty Parasols comprising an ebonised walking stick with a carved parrot head handle, inset with glass eyes and black silk mount, 92cm,another carved with a maidens head on bamboo shaft, black silk mount and floral border, 91cm,an ebonised parasol with Indian white metal embossed mount to the handle decorated with elephant and leopard, inscribed 'MF Dunbar', 89cm,another with green stain simulated bamboo handle in three parts (unscrews), jewelled decorative pommel, paisley silk mount, 101cm,(4)Extra images have been uploaded. The handles both show rubbing and wear to the carved maiden and bird, the embossed silver mount again rubbing and wear, the silk mounts all damaged or faded.
