A Continental Carved Mahogany Walking Cane/Measuring Stick, dated 1784, the finial as a clenched fist above a collar inscribed "Anno 1784" (or 1754?), raised on four barley twist slender columns enclosing three moving balls, on a tapering square section stem chip carved with guilloche and other folk motifs, one fascia with incised measuring lines, and with lead tip, {85cm long}.

A Victorian Cast Iron Stick Stand, in Gothic-Byzantine style, the arched panel back pierced with a border of repeat foliate motifs and centred by conforming panel, angular rail on a knopped column upright with foliate spandrels, double compartmented lift out tray, chevron cast moulded plinth, {94cm high} (painted white, peeling badly and rusted, requiring total restoration).

A Victorian Cast Iron Stick Stand as a Huntsman and Hound, the hound jumping up at the huntsman who holds a crop between his hands forming the rail, the removable pan to the D shape base with rustic twig support from which peeps a fox, both parts bearing lozenge registration mark, {71cm high} (small angle piece broken, requires re soldering).

A Good George III Mahogany Stick Barometer, signed T Blunt, London, the silvered dial with vernier, signed "T Blunt, London", case with swan neck pediment and central finial, the trunk with arched thermometer box above circular cistern cover, {97cm high}, the case back bears a label inscribed that it was bought in 1955 for £102 and was restored at Garner & Marney in 1979.

A Minton "Majolica" Fish Teapot, date code for 1878, modelled as a beady-eyed exotic fish, with predominantly blue upper half and with erect dorsal fin on the cover, the handle formed as a stick of seaweed concealing a snail, raised diamond registration mark, impressed "Mintons" and date code, {22.5cm long} (chipped spout and dorsal fin).

A Pair of Royal Dux Figures of Goatherd and Shepherdess, the shepherdess holding flowers in her gathered apron, and offering leaves to a sheep at her side, he stands holding stick (now lacking), a goat at his side, on square bases with concave angle panels, in mainly olive, salmon and gilt, applied red triangle mark and impressed 1115 and 1116, early 1900's, {54cm high} (one sheep ear chipped off, tip of goat horn chipped off and one ear).

Horne Thornthwaite and Wood; a mid 19th century mahogany stick barometer, with ivory scale and register above a central thermometer in Fahrenheit and Reaumur and above a lower glazed section for viewing the mercury reservoir, the case surmounted with a swan-neck pediment, 101cm high, (glass broken in lower section and top section of thermometer case lacking).
