A Victorian Anderson of Gravesend rosewood stick barometer, height 92cm A marine or travelling barometer without the gimbal fittings. Mercury level appears over-filled and unable to see exact level; vernier adjustment knob lacking; bone dial with two dark cracks; one securing pin lacking at dial; brass cistern cover modified. The cistern cover does fit the bottom of the barometer but doesn't stay in place when pushed.
