A fine Regency silver choco- late pot, chased in Rococo Revival style,with scrolls, shells and foliage, the tapering body with a tuck in base engraved an armorial to rococo cartouches, having heavily chased foliage to the cast swan neck spout, the detachable ogee domed cover with a pull out cast strawberry finial to the swizzle stick aperture, an ebony scroll handle, on a conforming spreading foot. 11in (28cm). Maker Joseph Craddock (of Craddock & Reid), London 1816. 32. 75oz (1063gm) all in.
[Horse racing interest] A late Victorian enamelled stick pin, the horseshoe terminal with a jockey’s cap enamelled in red and black with owner’s colours, 8.4cm long Condition Report:**+ Overall light wear commensurate with age and use. Slight surface scuffs and nicks to the enamel, no chips or losses. No signs of damage or repair.

Two 19th Century Rustic Stools. Both having rectangular elm seats standing on splayed morticed through & wedged stick legs. One with rounded corners and old paint-work, 13 ins (33 cms) high, 15 ins x 11 ins (38 cms x 28 cms), the other 6¾ ins (17 cms) high, 10 ins x 6¾ ins (25.5 cms x 17 cms).
A Small & Unusual Late 18th Century Welsh `Lobster-pot` Windsor Chair. The top rail above five splayed stick spindles fanning out to meet the arm bow pierced with thirteen under-arm spindles and having an old & well patinated spliced in repair to the arm. The block seat raised on four morticed through and wedged chamfered legs, 38 ins (96.5 cms) in height, 23½ ins (60 cms) wide and 19 ins (48 cms) deep.
A Fine & Rare 15th Century Brass Flanders Candle Stick (almost identical to an example illustrated in John Caspall`s `Making Fire & Light` page 81, fig 138, dated circa 1480-1520, and similar to a representation in The Mérode Altar triptych dated 1427). The tapered candle socket pierced with laterally cut rectangular openings above a slender multi-knopped stem leading down to the one piece bell shaped base with integral drip pan, 10 ins (25.5 cms) in height.
