An agate handled gilt metal quill pen and pencil set, with blue banded agate cylindrical handles, another similar pen, with clear faceted handle entwined by a gilt metal snake, three gold plated Eversharp pencils, and a nephrite jade paper knife (7)The three agate handled ones appear to be in good condition, the pencil lead mechanism does seem to work. The three gold plated pencils have some dents and knocks. The paper knife appears to be in good condition.

A jade and diamond panel brooch, the elongated shaped oval jadeite panel with pierced and carved decoration, enclosed by single-cut diamond set terminals, white precious metal mounted, stamped '18CT PT', together with a pair of similarly carved jadeite ear studs, (all jadeite untested for treatments), brooch length 6.35cm, ear studs diameter 1.4cm (2)Brooch: Fine fracture/crack running through jadeite, near to centre of panel, and other surface-reaching fractures. Surface wear, scuffs and nicks/chips to jadeite and mount. Solder joins are visible at junctions within the mount, with associated firestaining, presumed to be part of manufacture. The safety clasp is possibly later replaced, both the pin and safety clasp are functioning. Diamonds have variable colour and clarity, total diamond weight approximately 0.06ct. Width of panel 1.55cm. Gross weight approximately 10.5gm. Ear studs: Surface wear, scuffs and nicks/chips to jadeite and mounts, surface-reaching fractures to jadeite, glue residue at junctions to fittings. Gross weight approximately 6.5gm.

Possible minor lead repair seen to link attached to pearl. Jade in good condition and of good vibrant colour, dirt visible in carved areas commensurate with being worn.
