Sie hatte eine Filiale in der ehemaligen Schleppacher-Mühle in Schleppach bei Jettingen. Die Aktien waren an der Augsburger Börse gehandelt. In den Jahren 1911/12 litt das Unternehmen unter dem drastischen Rückgang der Baumwollpreise und erwirtschaftete grosse Verluste und musste in Liquidation treten. 1919 konnte das Fabrikanwesen verkauft werden.
