Zwirnerei und Nähfadenfabrik Augsburg. Actie 1000 Mark, Augsburg 15.7.1890. Lit B #057. Einzelstück beim Einlieferer. Die Gesellschaft wurde 1881 gegründet zur Übernahme und Fortbetrieb der mech. Zwirnerei und Nähfadenfabrik von Wagner & Barthel, speziell Fabrikation von Näh-, Häkel-, Stick- und Stopfgarnen. Sie hatte eine Filiale in der ehemaligen Schleppacher-Mühle in Schleppach bei Jettingen. Die Aktien waren an der Augsburger Börse gehandelt. In den Jahren 1911/12 litt das Unternehmen unter dem drastischen Rückgang der Baumwollpreise und erwirtschaftete grosse Verluste und musste in Liquidation treten. 1919 konnte das Fabrikanwesen verkauft werden.
