Ca. 400 - 380 C. A large krater with a broad, inverted bell-shaped body that tapers towards a disc-shaped base, surmounted by a thick, flaring rim. Two loop handles are affixed to the upper body, curving inward. The surface is coated in black glaze with red-figure decoration. A continuous band of meander and chequered motifs encircles the lower part of the body, while the rim is framed by a frieze of laurel leaves. On Side A, a nude male figure stands to the left, holding a situla in his lowered right hand. He wears a fillet around his head and maintains a relaxed posture, facing a draped female figure to the right, who extends her right hand holding a patera. Her hair is adorned with a sakkos. Between them, a small altar with a flame is depicted. Side B presents two ephebi wrapped in himatia, facing each other. Ca. 360 - 350 BC. A bell krater attributed to the Black Thyrsus Painter with an inverted bell-shaped body tapering towards a disc-shaped base. Two horizontal loop handles extend from the upper body, curving inward. A band of laurel leaves runs beneath the flared rim. An ovolo pattern encircles the bases of the handles. Below, large palmettes with scrolling tendrils are symmetrically arranged, and a meander pattern frames the lower section. On Side A, a Dionysiac thiasus is depicted with Dionysus riding a white panther to the left. Beside him, a maenad dances, wearing a long, flowing chiton with finely rendered folds, and her hair is arranged in an updo. The scene is framed by two satyrs; one on the left plays the flute, while the other, positioned to the right, is shown with an outstretched arm, holding a patera. Above the figures, large clusters of grapes are arranged across the scene. Side B portrays three youths engaged in conversation, all wrapped in himatia. A Georgian circa (unmarked but tested 9ct gold) sepia navette stick pin brooch. Weighing approximately 5.8g Condition report: Some minor chipping to the glass at the front bottom of the stick pin. Soldering on the reverse. Would easily convert to a ring or pendant.

Weight approximately 0.96g Condition report: The mid-Victorian love know brooch in sterling silver but unmarked with oak leaf, has a replacement pin. The yellow metal love knot brooch has some wear to the gold colour.
