A Victorian 19th century aesthetic movement cast iron two section stick stand in the manner of Coalbrookdale. Of large form having ribbed base with two lift out trays with pierced rising sun and crosshatch back and shaped angular top. Painted in an ebonised finish with Victorian lozenge to verso in the manner of Coalbrookdale.
An Edwardian rose and yellow gold, garnet and diamond horseshoe stick pin, the matted yellow gold horseshoe centre with a shaped, foil backed garnet, the 'nails' set with tiny rose cut diamonds, 7.6cm. long, in original retailer's box, together with a gold and pearl stick pin (bent). (2)* Condition: Horsehoe stick pin: In good condition. The pin is slightly bent, but there are no other faults. Pearl stick pin: Head end bent, and some bending to remainder of pin.
A Japanese carved ivory okimono of a fisherman and boy, Meiji period (1868-1912), the man standing holidng an oar, a basket over his shoulder, the boy holding a fish, signed with two character mark to inset mother of pearl and horn plaque to base, 5¾in. (14.5cm.) high, minor losses. * Condition: Small chips to fish's tail and end of stick across the man's shoulder is missing. Front of figure sun bleached.
A Japanese carved and engraved ivory egg, 1920s-30s, one side engraved and stained with a montainous lakeland landscape, the other with calligraphy, 2¼in. (5.7cm.) high; together with a Japanese gilt lacquer and shibayama decorated fan, 8¼in. (21cm.) long, one stick broken; and a small carved ivory okimono, 2in. (5cm.) high. (3) * Condition: - Egg: Front has some sun bleaching. Very faint vertical hairline crack to ivory to right side of egg. - Fan: One leaf lost from shibayama inlay. One guard broken through hinge hole at base. One bamboo stick broken. A few small splits to silk leaf. - Okimono: Small hole visible to lower edge of right hand basket - a piece possibly missing? No other damage noted.

CONDITION REPORT Bleaching to wood around handle where brass cleaner has been used, splintering to edges of lower legs, drip trays damaged, one missing lip, bruise to wood left hand side back rail approx 1cm, wear to item commensurate with age, very dirty.
