A Masonic sword, the etched blade named for Spencer and Co, 19-21 Great Queen Street, London, WC2, with cast brass black painted grip, the blade 73.5 cm with leather and black painted brass scabbard, all housed within a leather bound walking stick with silver painted screw top with initials H.C.D. 88.5 cm overall.

CONDITION REPORT: The stick stand is structurally very sound. The drawer front has a small nibble to the top left-hand corner. The lower shelf has a circular water ring mark. The drip tray has flaking paint and the tin front of the drip tray has watermarks. Height 98 cm, depth 33 cm, width 85 cm (not 87).
A Victorian brass and iron stick stand, with copper drip tray. Width 36 cm. CONDITION REPORT: There are signs of solder to all joints at the top and the rails through the middle but it does not look detrimental. The drip tray is a copper replacement. The cast iron base has been painted and approximately 20% of the paint has been chipped off giving it a lived in and used look. It is structurally sound.
