A Chinese white jade Double Badgers pendant, carved with two feline-like badgers. Theanimals reclining together gazing at each other, with finely carved details. The pale stone of an even tone, with some small russet markings. The Chinese word for 'badger', huan, is homophonous with that for 'joy'. The image of two badgers, shuanghuan, is symbolic of a couple enjoying marital bliss. Measures approx. 5.5cm x 3cm x 2cm.
A CHINESE MANDARIN OFFICIALS SUMMER HAT WITH WHITE JADE PLUME AND RED FINIAL, QING DYNASTY. A bamboo hat of conical form covered to the exterior with white silk gauze and interior lined with red silk. Red fringes attached under the bronze mount with white jade folding plume holding a peacock feather. A single pearlesque bead attached near the edging. The red faux coral finial incised with two Shou medallions. 31cm diam. Staining to wilk silk exterior in places. Hat in good overall order with no major signs of damage. Finial loose to mount.

To include a square seal surmounted by an elephant and incised four character mark; A cicada; Together with a green hat finial carved with a single lotus leaf in relief. Approx. 6cm - 8cm length. (3)Minute nicks around edges of hat finial. Otherwise in good overall condition.
A CHINESE BLUE AND WHITE PORCELAIN DISH, KANGXI PERIOD (1662-1722). With lobbed rim decorated with various floral scenes, with Yu (jade) mark to base in double ring; Together with one other bowl decorated with deer, Tianqi period af (1621 – 1627). Dish 24.5cm diam. (2)Dish with chip to rim leading into a 5cm hairline, with further chip at foot, no repairs. The bowl with restoration damaged and re stuck in sections. Provenance: Property of Dennis Young, son to Sir Mark Aitchison Young GCMG (1886-1974) who served as Governor of Hong Kong between 1941 and 1947, thence by descent.
TWO CHINESE JADE AND STONE CARVINGS. To include a pale celadon nephrite jade figure of a boy crouched over a lotus spray; Together with a white stone carving, carved and pierced featuring a lion group with ruyi scrolls. 6cm and 7.4cm length. (2)Both in good order with no signs of damage or repair.

Each of circular form to include a Chinese blue and white porcelain box and cover; A Thai Sawankhalok; Together with three others, probably Vietnamese and a small nephrite jade cup. Approx. 6cm - 12.5cm diam. (6) Small nicks to rim of Vietnamese box and cover rim. Otherwise in good overall condition with no signs of major damage or repair. Expected surface wear from age and use.

To include a red overlay clear glass bottle with treasured items; A green glass bottle carved in relief with chilong; A realgar type glass bottle of double gourd form; A dark orange ground red overlay bottle with figures under pine trees; Together with one other red glass bottle with jade stopper. 5cm - 7.5cm tall. (5)Minute nicks and wear in places to edges. Missing insert to cover of black overlay bottle.

To include a celadon jade belt plaque carved in relief with figure of an elephant; A thumb ring carved in relief with lotus pads; Together with pale celadon double gourd pendant 5cm - 7.5cm length. (3)Slight shallow chip to interior edge of belt plaque. Others in good overall condition.
