CONDITION REPORT: Height 207.5 cm, depth of base 47.5 cm, width 184.5 cm. Both the rack and base are in generally good condition with no serious issues. The top left hand corner of the rack has been cut at some point presumably to fit an alcove. The piece has however clearly been retained and are now re-fitted. The dresser base top is in good order with no significant cracks or splits. There are numerous old marks as one would expect but again no significant issues. The side panels are in good order with no splits. The three top drawers are all in good order with no losses to the cockbeading. The second centre drawer has minor losses to the cockbeading on the bottom edge. Drawer three has a section of cockbeading missing to the right hand side. The handles are old but later replacements. The backplates cover the existing holes so there are no unsightly marks to the drawer fronts. Both cupboard doors are in good condition and not warped. The backboards are original. We can see no evidence of any woodworm.
