Vinyl - Reggae - Collection of 11 LP's and 2 12" singles from Bob Marley & The Wailers to include Catch A Fire (ILPS 9241) original 'Zippo lighter' sleeve with pink rim Island label. Sleeve is poor but in one piece, some losses and tape repair, name to inner. Vinyl Vg some lights marks to side 1 and mark on track 3 of side 2 which could affect play, also Legend, Riding High, Babylon, along with albums from The Real Thing and Aswad. Condition varies considerably throughout.

An Austro Hungarian silver gilt and carved ivory tankard, Stephan Mayerhofer, Vienna 1835, the cylindrical ivory sleeve exceptionally carved with a medieval boar hunt, with lions, bulls and a castle visible in the woods beyond, all mounted in gilt-metal with S scroll handle, the cover with floral finial above bands of cast scrolling flowers and foliage, with conforming decoration to the foot, marked to cover and foot, 21.5cm high bearing 'M Parker Collection, No 25' aged label to base CONDITION REPORT: Some discolouration and tarnishing to the gilt mounts - would benefit from a good clean. Hairline crack to the ivory by the bears paws and other little natural fractures in places. Ivory body would also benefit from a good clean. Overall appears to be generally in good order. Please note: Trevanion & Dean does not ship items containing ivory outside the EU. The government have proposed legislation to create a UK law to ban the sale of all ivory which is likely to come into effect by the end of 2018. Please note this means that this lot is legal to sell now but may not be in the future.

An Edwardian silver mounted set of three cut glass scent bottles and stoppers, Collyer & Co, Birmingham 1904, decorated with flowers and scrolling tendrils, 11.5cm, with a silver scent flask decorated with a Knights helmet, a silver pencil sleeve and a white metal pencil (4) CONDITION REPORT: All 3 bottles are separate and remove and replace into the sleeve well, all stoppers sit well in the necks of the bottles. Tarnished throughout and would need a good clean, but otherwise appear to be in good order. Hallmarks slightly rubbed but still legible. Scent bottle - marks rubbed and barely legible, cover very bashed and does not remove from the base. Tired.Pencils - both showing signs of wear but overall ok.
