Registration No: E914 NOW Chassis No: SAXXFWNM1BD641639 MOT: May 2025Displaying a credible c.46,000 milesOffered with a history file, original handbook and the current V5CImported into the UK in 2016Finished in Black, original side decals, Grey cloth seats and Red carpets plus seat beltsThe MG Metro was introduced in May 1982 some 18 months after the closure of the MG factory at Abingdon. MG’s first attempt at the then new ‘hot hatch’ era, it was the perception of many manufacturers that most car buyers were concerned open top two seat sports cars were something from the past. The MG Metro boasted some quite positive features for the day including the standard use of powerful servo assisted brakes using four pot (piston) calipers up front, very competitive performance and superb economy courtesy of the responsive and well proven A+ series engine. With around 120,000 made between 1982 and 1990, most are of the facelift variant launched in October 1984 where the bonnet line was lowered and streamlined, and a new interior and dash moulding was introduced.First registered in the UK on 1st November 2016, this Austin Rover MG Metro was for a Maltese customer and despatched to them from Muscats Motors Ltd Msida, Malta (original despatch note on file), being first registered in Malta on 27th May 1988. Leading a charmed life in the sun, the MG Metro resided in Malta (a right-hand drive market) until 2016, subsequently being exported from the Mediterranean island at the end of June 2016 and displaying some 40,500 miles (65,287km recorded on the Maltese documents). Back in the UK the MG Metro was registered in the mainland UK with its current registration number ‘E914 NOW’ before reaching its new owner, where it remained with them until spring 2023 before being subsequently sold to our vendor. Now with two former UK keepers recorded, the interior is in 'Good' condition, the seats have survived well with some of the trim showing the usual sagging often seen on 1980s cars. Subject to cylinder head work in c.2017, the MG has also benefitted from a new exhaust along with new suspension units. Offered with a collection of paperwork, invoices, MOTs, a copy of some Maltese export paperwork and the current V5C, this is an opportunity to purchase an MG Metro that spent many years in a forgiving car environment, that is still RHD and UK specification. Registration No: G956 CAD Chassis No: TW2PXXCPTPKK60792 MOT: October 2025Subject to complete ground up overhaul documented on a memory stick in the history fileFitted with an uprated 3.5 Litre Rover V8 engine with Edelbrock Manifold and Holley CarburettorAttractively finished in Candy Apple Red and trimmed with Recaro bucket seats in Alcantara and LeatherThe P100 was a car-based pickup initially introduced in South Africa in 1971, based initially upon the Ford Cortina Mk3. Its overall bodywork closely followed the Cortina. The cab used the doors of the Cortina 2-door sedan models, giving the cab a lengthy, yet truncated look, due to the use of a vertical rear window and B-pillar. The rear tray could be had as a ‘wellside’, styled with the Cortina Mk3 estate's taillights, or fitted with a flat-deck or purpose-built body. A fibreglass canopy was offered as an option. The P100 soon proved a popular seller in its home market of South Africa. The P100's bodywork changed for 1977, to correspond with the Ford Cortina Mk4. The cab was redesigned, using the shorter front doors from the Mk4 4-door models. A further change occurred for 1980, when the Mk5's front sheet metal was used. From 1982, the P100 was exported from South Africa to Europe. For Europe, the chassis and tray were lengthened. Interestingly, the P100 was released to Europe in Mk5 form, just as the parent Cortina Mk5 was being replaced by the Sierra. This proved to be no effect on sales however, the P100 continuing in its Cortina Mk5 based form until 1988. In 1988, the P100 was rebodied with a new Ford Sierra-based cab and tray. Engine choices were now the Sierra's 2.0L Pinto carburetted petrol engine, and 1.8L turbo-diesel. The range was now built in Portugal for the European market (this is because Ford left South Africa by then), to a design set out by Ford UK. It proved a strong seller, particularly on the UK market. Production of the P100 ceased when the parent Ford Sierra was replaced by the front-wheel drive Mondeo range. An original UK market P100 that was first registered in March 1990, little of the early history is known about this now relatively rare machine until around 2017, when it was stripped down to the bare chassis and comprehensively overhauled and uprated with a Rover 3.5 Litre V8 engine mated to a five-speed gearbox with a Ford XR4i rear end. The truck is now presented in a striking Candy Apple Red colour which is present upon not just the now overhauled body but also the complete chassis. Around this time, the then owner fitted Recaro diamond stitched Alcantara and leather bucket seats to suit the 'race look'. The vendor advises that it was built as a drift / drag machine and it would not surprise us after a short blast around the block that this could set a good pace! The vendor is confident in the overall mechanical condition of the truck and describes it as 'excellent'. Registration No: L149 RYG Chassis No: SALLHBM33KA638361 MOT: August 2025One of only 3,000 manufacturedRare and desirable factory LSE LWB modelOffered with just 5 former keepersThe Range Rover is a 4x4, mid-size off-road vehicle series produced from 1970 to 1996 – initially by the Rover (later Land Rover) division of British Leyland, and latterly by the Rover Group. The first generation of vehicles produced under the Range Rover name, it was built as a two-door model for its first 11 years, until a four-door also became available in 1981. The Range Rover then successfully moved upmarket during the 1980s and remarkably debuted in the U.S. as a 17-year old model at the 1987 Los Angeles Auto Show. Availability of the two-door version was restricted from 1984, but it remained in production for some markets until 1994, when the second generation was launched. From that moment, Land Rover rebranded the original model under the term Range Rover Classic, to distinguish it from its new P38A successor, when the two were briefly built alongside and applied the name retrospectively to all first-generation Range Rovers. Although formally superseded by the second generation Range Rover, starting in 1994 – both the successor and the more affordable first and second series of the Land Rover Discovery were heavily based on the original Range Rover's chassis, drive-train and body-structure, which in essence lived on until the third generation Discovery arrived, and its mechanical blood-line ended with the replacement of the Mk2 Discovery after 2004.The Range Rover LSE was a low production, long wheelbase version of the ‘SE/Special Equipment’ Range Rover Classic, coming in both hard and soft dash forms, with plenty of upgrades over the standard, short wheelbase cars, and plenty of legroom for rear seat passengers. These LSE cars feature a 4.2 litre V8 producing 200hp, an upgrade on both the 3.5 and 3.9. litre V8s offered in earlier cars. These cars were the height of luxury at the time that they were built, with electric seats, electric sunroof, electric mirrors and many other options. Over the short production run, roughly 3,000 were produced.First registered 8th September 1993, this is the rare and desirable factory LSE long wheel-base model and one of only 3,000 manufactured in this specification. With just 5 former keepers recorded, the vendor states the chassis is ‘in good order’ and the sills have been replaced at some stage. Offered at auction with a collection of old MOTs and a couple of invoices, there’s a box of spares for this LWB Range Rover, along with an original handbook for the car. Find another! As is customary for the Defender, it is fitted with a hard wearing interior, though there are respites from the black plastic in the shape of cloth-covered door handles and a body-coloured instrument panel for example. The current owner is the only one ‘S999 HUE’ has had, and it comes with the cherished plate, echoing the badges on the vehicle’s flanks, which are the registration number for the car that inspired the limited edition series. Despite being an eight year old car, the Defender 110 Heritage Edition has only covered an indicated 41,122 miles, and has a full service history from Lloyds Land Rover and specialists. Clearly well cared for, and owned by a Land Rover enthusiast throughout, ‘S999 HUE’ is described by the vendor as in ‘excellent’ condition throughout, from engine, transmission, and electrics, to bodywork, paint, and interior quality. The Land Rover Defender was introduced in 1983, as a more modern development of the original Series Land Rover introduced in 1948. Visually, it retained the classic looks, but featured notable upgrades such as coil springs front and rear, a full-length bonnet, integrated headlights, single-piece windscreen and wider tracks with extended wheelarches. A true design icon, the Defender was continually developed right up until production ended in 2016 – and the name today survives in an all-new and brilliantly-conceived version that pays tribute to the original in a thoroughly modern way.In summary:One of only 400 Heritage Edition Land Rover Defenders madeKept in immaculate condition and with full service historyDistinctive colour scheme, and protected interior upholstery

Based on the early 1990s entry-level Mini, this custom creation is a bespoke model with a huge list of upgrades that ensure it’s a real one-off. From the outside, the 12x6 Minilite wheels with Falken tyres (sitting below extended wheelarches) stand out, as does the Mk1 quick-release grille, de-seamed front and rear bumpers plus other accessories including retro door mirrors and bonnet straps. The car sits low to the ground courtesy of all-round adjustable dampers, while there are front adjustable tie bars and bottom arms with negative camber currently set to 1 degree. It’s also fitted with four-pot calipers with Mini-Spares grooved discs and Green Stuff brake pads. Inside, it’s all new, with a carbon dash, bucket seats and new door cards, plus other detail upgrades throughout. The vendor adds that when it comes to upgrades, there’s almost too much to list; they’ve owned the car since 2013 and a big folder of paperwork includes plenty of receipts. With just five owners and an odometer reading 62,815 miles, the vendor says this is a reluctant sale of a much-loved car.

The tyres are new too, and this Rover 45 hatchback has been recently serviced, adding further to the comprehensive service history. They are another example of its complete originality, adds the vendor, who says it “drives spot-on, pulls brilliantly and is very comfortable”. An HPI report shows the car was previously written off in 2008, with the most minor Category D classification. Records show this 22-year-old car has been used and enjoyed in the 16 years since, with evidence of annual MOTs. The Rover 45, launched in 1999, was derived from the second-generation Rover 400, which was revealed in 1995. Overseen by then-owners BMW, the Rover 45 was moved upmarket, with more distinctive styling on the outside and an extensively-revised interior that brought some of the luxuries from the acclaimed Rover 75. The comfortable seats from the Rover 75 were a particular highlight, while retuned suspension delivered a more comfortable drive. The larger 1.8-litre K-Series engine, also seen in the MGF roadster, became available with the Rover 45. Just two former keepersNine seat configurationThe Land Rover Defender was launched in 1948 and, incredibly, production only finished in January 2016 after a continuous run of 67 years. Outwardly, there is little to distinguish the post-1983 vehicles from the Series III Land Rover. A full-length bonnet, revised grille, plus the fitting of wheel arch extensions to cover wider-track axles are the most noticeable changes. Internally, coil springs offered a more comfortable ride and a permanent four-wheel drive system derived from the Range Rover featuring a two-speed transfer gearbox with a lockable centre differential. A modernised interior and a new series of progressively more powerful and modern engine characterised things under the skin. First registered 31st October 2000 this 110 County TD5 boasts just two former owners from new. Presented in green with contrast roof with the original cloth trim our vendor informs us he has spent over £20,000 on upgrades and maintenance work since he purchased in 2021. The Land Rover Series I is an iconic off-road vehicle that was first introduced in 1948. It was designed by Maurice Wilks, the chief designer of the Rover car company, who was inspired by the World War II Willys Jeep. The Series I was built with simplicity and functionality in mind, which made it a reliable and versatile workhorse in rural areas and on rough terrain. The Land Rover Series I was available in three body styles: a soft top, a hardtop, and a pick-up truck. It was powered initially by a 1.6 litre petrol engine which produced 50 horsepower, which may not sound like much by today's standards, but it was more than enough to get the Series I through tough terrain. The Series I was not only popular in rural areas but also gained popularity in the military and among explorers. Its ruggedness, durability, and off-road capabilities made it the perfect vehicle for expeditions to remote areas. Today, the Land Rover Series I is a collector's item, and enthusiasts continue to appreciate its unique design and impressive capabilitiesManufactured on 9th February 1956 and despatched to Caffyns Ltd, Royal Tunbridge Wells, Kent on 29th March, this Land Rover presents in delightful condition. Having been in a private collection for a number of years, the car has recently been the subject of a ‘body off’ restoration. The comprehensive list of work carried out includes refabrication of the chassis where required, a galvanised bulkhead was fitted at the same time. The body tub, doors, wings and bonnet were refurbished, ensuring there are no dents and the car was repainted in the traditional colour of Bronze Green. The seats were replaced as was the canvas top during the restoration. A new wiring loom was fitted together with halogen headlamps, so much better than the original sealed beam units. The brakes have been overhauled, with new brake shoes, hoses, lines and wheel cylinders. The shock absorbers front and rear have been replaced as have the steering arm ball joints and a new water pump was fitted. We are advised the 1997cc engine runs well and the gearbox operates as it should, a Fairey overdrive unit has also been fitted. Supplied with a V5C registration document and a detailed history folder, together with photographic evidence of the work carried out confirming the extent of the restoration, it is fair to say this is a Series I that is in great order throughout. The final version of the Rover 10 was launched in 1939. This was part of the Rover P2 range, along with Rover 12, Rover 14, Rover 16 and Rover 20 models. The chassis was slightly modified getting an extra half inch in the wheelbase and the engine got a new cylinder head increasing power from 44 to 48 bhp. Synchromesh was fitted to the top two ratios on the gearbox. The body was restyled in the Rover style of the time. The price was now GBP £275 for the saloon but few were made before the outbreak of war and production stopping in 1940.This delightful and handsome Rover 10 coupé is presented in black coachwork with contrasting green trim. A car that had been predominantly garaged over the last decade it sadly had to spend one winter outside a few years ago, when it returned in the spring our vendor was so disappointed he commissioned professionals to retrim the interior to the tune of over £7,000 and it now presents fabulously well. The exterior also suffered some ill effects of a winter partially covered and some crazing and flaking to the top layer of paint is found but the car appears solid and in good condition, a fitting description could be that the body is showing patina but appears roundly in good condition. Recently lightly recommissioned of late it has been garaged warm and dry for the past 12 months and would be a great pre-war foil for weekend motoring in what is a charming example. Originally owned by Land RoverSingle family ownership since 1993The Range Rover's origins can be seen as far back as the early 1950s when Maurice Wilks, Land Rover's principal design engineer, mooted the idea of a 'Road Rover'. Initially conceived as a bigger and better Land Rover, it never progressed beyond the stage of test models and the project was cancelled in 1958. The idea of a luxury Land Rover was taken up again in the mid-1960s by Spencer King and Gordon Bashford, chief engineer and chief designer respectively of New Vehicle Projects, who set out to combine the practicality and cross-country ability of Land Rover engineering with the performance and comfort of Rover saloons. The Range Rover was successfully launched in June 1970. At that time, management felt confident in describing its versatility as 'four cars in one - a luxury car, a performance car, an estate car and a cross-country car'. It is a matter of history that Range Rover was received with tremendous enthusiasm and has subsequently fulfilled all these and many other roles with great success. Features such as power assisted steering, carpeted floors, air conditioning, cloth or leather seats and wooden interior trim were fitted later. It was a body-on-frame design with a box section ladder type chassis similar to contemporary Land Rovers. It utilised coil springs as opposed to leaf springs, permanent four-wheel drive and four-wheel disc brakes and was originally powered by the Rover V8 engine. This Range Rover Vogue SE was originally registered to Land Rover UK Ltd, Lode Lane, Solihull on 28th April 1992 before its first owner, our vendors father, acquired it on 16th January 1993 and has owned it since. Garaged all its life we are told this was the family car seen in the local supermarket carpark rather than the motorway or anything more strenuous which is reflected in the time warp condition of the car. Presenting in Agean Blue with grey leather interior, the paintwork is in good order as is the interior. The 3.9 Litre V8 engine is a very well tried and trusted unit, we are informed this example runs well and the manual gearbox operates as it should. The original service books are present, clearly this Range Rover having been owned by the same vendor since 1993 and has been very well cared for. An MoT test certificate valid until 6th March 2025 and this example is supplied with a good history file. With the higher-up driving position, ample legroom and more than adequate storage space, it is easy to see why Range Rovers are so popular.
