Robin Welch (1936-2019) collection of studio ceramics comprising a large footed bowl, with banded decoration, impressed mark near to the foot of the bowl, 13.5cm high x 18cm across, a pair of banded mugs with impressed circular mark near to the foot, 9cm high, a pair of smaller speckled mugs, unmarked, 7.5cm high and a 'Bristol 1977' banded mug, with impressed circular mark to the footrim, 9cm high (6) All with signs of display wear and minor use. Would benefit from a gentle clean. Minor glaze/firing faults as expected. The Bristol mug has a large chip to the rim.

Robin Welch Pottery (British 1939-2019) Collection of Ceramic Homewares Comprising tall handled cylindrical pot, vase, two graduated jugs and two bowls/dishes, all with stamped Robin Welch Pottery marks.The tallest 18cm high.The smaller jug with chip to spout, the vase with minute chip/nibble to rim, otherwise light general wear and manufacturing imperfections but no other issues apparent.

Michael travelled internationally to trade shows and antique fairs and helped with the launch of the New York branch of Vandekar in 1982. Michael retired to Cornwall around 1988 he settled at first in St Ives, where he became a prominent patron of the arts.
