VAT)Condition Report: Generally good, no damage visible on head. One very minor chip to ear piercing hole. Some wear to box, minor losses to lid.The phonograph mechanism winds and sets into motion with the pulling of the start lever. But the two wheels need a new rubber link (typical items to degrade being rubber). Due to the missing band I cannot fully test the sound/musical function, but the basic mechanism appears to work.
