Centred with a round mixed-cut synthetic-ruby approx. 8mm diameter, within a near colourless 12 stone synthetic-sapphire(?) border, all claw and partial collet set in white on a yellow metal 'D' section shank with split shoulders, unmarked, size O, g gross 5.8g gross. Condition Report: At least three of the white stones in the border are loose and not sitting flush Surface marks and scratches visible throughout the surface of the synthetic ruby.
