Hornby O Gauge No.2C Special 4-4-0 Loco and Tender LMS maroon "Compound" No.1185. Early version with Hornby manufactured by Meccano Liverpool gold and red transfer to nearside above front buffer beam, chassis has been re/overpainted with plain maroon tender with LMS gold lettering to sides. Good to Good Plus in reproduction box.
Hornby O Gauge No.2 Special 4-4-0 Loco and Tender LNER green "The Bramham Moor" No.201, clockwork. Loco appears to have 2-replacement driving wheels, some marks to rear step area otherwise Good Plus in the remains of a Poor box, tender is later matt finish circa 1939/40, sides are Excellent Plus to Near Mint, all wheels have been replaced and contained in a No.2 special tender box with LMS label to one end, box date coded 7/39.
Hornby O Gauge E420 4-4-0 Loco and Tender Southern green "Eton" No.900, 20-volt electric. Some marks to nearside smoke deflectors and offside cab roof otherwise Excellent, one mechanism driving wheel with obvious cracks but motor is free-running, all contained in a Poor to Fair box with reproduction corrugated wrapper. Tender sides are Good Plus all contained in a Good No.2 Special Eton tender box.
Hornby O Gauge export No.2 Special 4-4-2 Tank Loco NZR (New Zealand Railway) green, clockwork. Loco in light green with gold lettered NZR to tank sides with tank and bunker side lined in gold and red. Smokebox missing dart, much paint to front and rear buffers missing, some general retouching to loco. Mechanism with fatigue to one wheel although mechanism is in working order when tested. Fair to Good all contained in a Fair box with NZR label to one end and "I Came From Wiseman's Auckland" blue and yellow label to box lid. Some extensive reconstruction of the inside of the box lid. A rare and interesting item.
Hornby O Gauge pair of SR Cattle Trucks consisting of a No.1, version with small SR gold lettering to sides, sides are Excellent to Excellent Plus, roof is Excellent all contained in a Good Plus box with SR label to one end together with a No.2 Cattle Truck version with gold SR lettering to truck sides, sides are Good Plus to Excellent, roof is overpainted all contained in a reproduction box. Details of the Countryside Sections are printed on the reverse of this F section, diagrams and instructions and date coded 9/32, also included with this lot is a Countryside R section. Good Plus. (2)
