Working mechanism but the second snap tends not to hold the cocking position. Long stock stamped 'S' and 'LB'. Brass mounts stamped 'O' under crown. Iron ramrod. Most probably a pistol readapted for use in the gendarmerie of the Papal States. length 34,5 cm.
